Scope

These terms apply to purchases and customer account activity on the LUNIRO website. They are written for LUNIRO customers and do not include any third-party platform terms.

Products and availability

We aim to keep product names, photos, descriptions, prices and availability accurate. Product availability can change, and an order is accepted only after we confirm that the products, price and delivery option are available.

Customer account and details

Customers must register before checkout. Please provide accurate name, phone, email and delivery address details so that we can prepare and deliver your order. For Ireland delivery, please include a complete address and Eircode where available.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is a request to buy the products in your cart. We may contact you if there is a stock, pricing, address or delivery issue. Current LUNIRO orders are paid by cash on delivery unless another payment method is clearly shown at checkout.

Prices, tax and currency

Prices are shown before checkout together with any delivery charge. The website may show different currencies for browsing convenience. The final amount shown at checkout is the amount payable for that order.

Delivery

Orders are prepared from Ireland-based stock. Irish delivery is free when the product total is €18 or more. Irish delivery costs €5 when the product total is below €18. Dublin delivery may be available from 24 hours, and Ireland delivery is usually 2-3 business days. EU and UK delivery is available only where a delivery option is shown or confirmed for the destination.

Delivery dates and time windows help us plan fulfilment. They may change because of stock, route planning, weather, traffic or other operational reasons. Customers outside Ireland are responsible for any local customs, import charges or duties where applicable.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before the order is prepared or dispatched, but changes may not be possible after preparation has started.

Returns and refunds

We offer 30-day easy returns for eligible products. Products should be unused, unopened where hygiene matters, and returned with their original packaging where possible. This does not limit your statutory rights, including your right to cancel many online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods and your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Home care enquiries

Home care forms are enquiries only. We review the information and contact you to confirm availability, timing and details. LUNIRO home care is not an emergency, veterinary or medical service.

Responsible product use

Please choose products suitable for your pet's size, habits and health. Supervise pets when using toys, grooming tools, harnesses or accessories, and stop use if a product becomes damaged or unsuitable.

We use customer and order information to provide accounts, fulfil orders, support customers and meet legal obligations. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory rights under Irish or European Union consumer law. These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown on the website at the time of your order apply to that order.
